“We do not bottle perfume. We bottle memory, aged in oud and gold.”— Karim al-Mahri
Our Heritage
Rongin Box began in a small atelier in the Empty Quarter, where the al-Mahri family has distilled oud and rose by hand since 1989. Today, every flacon still passes through the same brass scales — weighed, aged, and signed before it travels to your shelf.
The Unboxing
Twelve craftsmen. Forty-eight hours per box. Every Rongin Box arrives as an event — wrapped, stamped, and sealed by hand.
Hand-bound in deep matte black leather, embossed with 24kt gold leaf calligraphy.
Sheets of beaten 24kt gold-leaf paper, folded by hand around every flacon.
Numbered 01–88, hand-stamped with red wax and signed by the master perfumer.
Each flacon rests in a gold-stitched midnight velvet cradle to prevent any tremor.
The Gallery
A visual archive of our compositions — captured in the same chiaroscuro light that illuminates the flacons in our Dubai atelier.
The Royal Oud Noir is unlike anything I've worn. Trails of saffron and smoked leather linger on the silk for two days. The gold-leaf box made me cry — it felt like receiving a relic.
